Spinach, sundried tomatoes, and shallots topped with hollandaise sauce & crumbled bacon

 Monte Cristo Sandwich
Ham and roasted turkey breast with Swiss cheese on French toast
with locally sourced maple syrup on the side

Western Omelet
Oven baked omelet with diced Canadian-style ham, plum tomatoes,
green bellpeppers, Vidalia onions, and cheddar cheese.

The above entrées are accompanied by red bliss potato home fries.

Spring Salad
Fresh greens topped with ripe strawberries, grilled chicken, mild goat cheese,
and sliced almonds.   Served with a raspberry vinaigrette on the side.
