The Saco

Roasted peppercorn turkey breast, sharp cheddar, bacon, tomato, sweet pickles, and red onion, with a roasted red pepper aioli on a on a baguette

Chocorua Burger*
Charbroiled Angus beef, BBQ caramelized onions, mild cheddar,
and green apple coleslaw on a Telera roll

The Intervale
Romaine lettuce tossed in an apple cider vinaigrette with cucumber, shredded carrots, red onions, and candied pecans, then topped with our homemade cranberry chicken salad.

The Bartlett
Roasted zucchini, summer squash, peppers, and onions tossed in sundried tomato pesto and Italian cheese blend on a garlic herb wrap

All the above entrees are served with Chef’s choice of side salad of the day and a pickle
