Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or change your train reservation up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure with ticket handling charge/cancellation fee ($5 for Conway train and $10 for the Mountaineer + your online booking fee). 

Within 24 hours of your scheduled departure tickets are non-refundable. However, your excursion may be rescheduled for a later date. This credit is valid for one year from the date of your original booking.

There are no exceptions to this policy. If you are booking multiple trips and decide to cancel one, this policy still applies.

Credit card charges: Charges will appear on your statement as ‘Conway Scenic Rail’
