Day Out With Thomas™

At Conway Scenic Railroad, Day Out With Thomas is a fun-filled event that the whole family will enjoy! In addition to a ride behind everyone's favorite No. 1 engine, the day's activities include unlimited motorcar rides (thank you, Cotton Valley Rail Trail Club!), bouncy houses, live musical entertainment, clowns, storytelling and videos, a hay bale maze, misting stations, the opportunity to meet Sir Topham Hatt, and more.

One of the most popular stops during the event is our 40' x 60' Imagination Station, packed full of activities that include face painting, stamping, temporary tattoos, coloring, a gravity well, puppet theater, and awesome arts and crafts activities.....all overseen by staff and volunteers from the Mt. Washington Valley Children’s Museum. Imagination Station also includes play tables with wooden trains, tracks, and accessories. Here, little ones can recreate the world of Thomas & Friends and watch as the characters and stories come to life!
